Alex is a nature lover. "As a child, I always wandered around in nature, spotting birds or searching for plants; the trick was to remember everything I encountered. Because of my love for everything that grows naturally, the next step in culinary school was a natural one; I could combine my passion for nature and cooking. And I still love that: I can let my guests taste what nature has to offer."

Lisa ten Holt

Lisa, on the other hand, comes from the bustling city and loves being around people. "My background is in bringing people together and working with different artistic disciplines, thanks to my studies in Art and Economics. I worked for music, theater, and film festivals, primarily in Utrecht and Amsterdam. Now, the world of gastronomy has captured my interest. Bringing together unique regional products, made with a story. And sharing that story with the guests at the table. We do that every day at Concours. Without a menu, in sync with nature."
